In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase that cannot be exactly replicated.  Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.  Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability.  If this is the case, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.


Luxury Flowers Boston does not offer refunds for arrangements that have been made and/or delivered to addresses that clients provide (including the wrong ones). Refunds can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made. We offer a courtesy replacement for fresh flowers within 24 hours after the delivery and for orchids, within 5 days of delivery.  The entire arrangement must be returned for a replacement to be provided.


Here at Luxury Flowers Boston, we care about the safety of our valued customers and our hardworking team. To make sure that we are not compromising your health or our staff’s, we will implement new guidelines with our flower deliveries.


  • We will inform you when your flower delivery is on its way.
  • Our delivery staff will leave your order at your front door or reception area.
  • He will ring your doorbell or call/text to inform you that the delivery has been made.
  • Orders requesting flower delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, or senior citizen centers will be carefully evaluated. If it’s not possible due to risk or restriction by the institution, our staff will ask you for an alternate delivery address.

You may also leave special instructions when you place your order online or through the phone. However, we ask for your patience and consideration in advance as we are unable to guarantee that all requests can be accommodated due to unexpected situations.
